"Professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! I was booked for a visit the same day and at a time that suited me. They arrived in full PPE and explained the process, keeping me fully informed throughout and answering any questions I had. I was provided with full consultation notes after the visit by email. It was nice to have a home visit and I can highly recommend them."
