We do not have a fixed location. We offer a mobile earwax removal service in the Dorset and West Hampshire area.
Can you treat children?
Unfortunately we are only able to see people aged 18 and older. If your child requires earwax removal, please contact their GP.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all BH postcodes.
We also cover SO41, SP6, SP7, SP8, DT1, DT2, DT9, DT10 AND DT11.
If you do not see your location listed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
We recommend using an olive oil spray (e.g. Earol) for no more than 3 days before your appointment. If you are currently using hydrogen peroxide or sodium bicarbonate based drops, please stop and only use olive oil.
How much does it cost?
We charge £75 - this is the cost whether it is one or both ears. See our services page for more information about what to expect at your appointment.

I have had surgery on my ears, can you still perform earwax removal?
Some operations prevent us conducting earwax removal. Please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

What method do you use for earwax removal?
We are trained to provide earwax removal using microsuction and dry removal tools. The method we use depends on the patient and on the amount and consistency of earwax.

Are you qualified?
Kieron has been a qualified audiologist since 2008 and qualified in earwax removal in 2016. We are qualified, insured and registered with the HCPC and BSHAA.
